Prices
All prices are approximate and subject to change upon further inspection of your piece during the reupholstery process. You will be notified in the event anything should change. These Prices are for labor only and are accurate as of January, 2008. Having trouble understanding something? Go to our F.A.Q. page! Custom work orders need a custom estimate.
Prices are listed in a mounting order. For example (see below): A simple ottoman without a removable cushion is $150. But if the same ottoman were to have a cushion, it would be $185. Then, if the same ottoman, now with a cushion, was to also have a skirt, it would be $200. We realize that not all pieces of furniture follow this rule. If yours is one of them, please call us for an estimate or fill out our estimate form.

These units are priced as armless pieces up to 28" wide, or per person seating capacity (p.p.s.c.), without a cushion effect and should be calculated accordingly. Please be sure to note that the arm and cushion prices are per individual unit, not for total (ie some units have one arm, while others may have two).

- Service And Surcharges
Installation of cornices/lambrequins $60/hr + hardware and delivery charges
Pick up and delivery per round trip: (subject to change at our discretion)

Trips out of the greater Washington metropolitan area will be subject to additional charges.
We must receive payment for fabrics bought through us before they are ordered.
If you supply us with your own fabric we will require a deposit at the time of pick-up of one-third our labor cost. We will also add a 10% charge to our labor fee unless prior arrangements were discussed.
Storage Fee:
$10 per week is added to final bill after 2 weeks of post production storage in our facilities unless the delivery delay is due on our part.
